QuietCool QC CL-1500 Fan Classic

The QuietCool PE QC-1500 fans are a multi-fan approach to whole house venting. The fans are unbelievably quiet because they attach and hang from your attic rafters, totally isolated from your living areas. The fans are located at the end of an insulated duct. This ductwork then connects to an attractive square ceiling grill supplied with the unit. The grill is placed in an opening in the attic floor. Because of this unique installation, they cause no vibrating of the attic floor directly over living spaces. They are rated at a super quiet .4 sones, a sone being the sound of a new refrigerator -so quiet, they are frequently installed with a vent into a bedroom! The fan has an R-5damper that seals tightly when the Quiet Cool is not in use. An insulated cover can be put over the vent for extended periods when cooling is not required.Just open up windows when the night air is cooler than inside air, and let your Quiet Cools pull this cool air through the house, and up into the attic to cool the attic. Pressure from the fans pushes this warm air out though your existing roof  and gable vents.The Quiet Cools can be controlled individually, or multiple fans can be wired to a single wall switch, timer, or remote control. With this flexibility, you can control when, where, and how much air flows through your home by simply turning on or off your individual Quiet Cool fans.
